Delivery within the UK usually takes up to 4 working days, international orders take around 7 working days.

What quality do photos need to be for printing on to products in the photo gift department?
A minimum resolution of 300 dpi, but the bigger the better really.
What happens if the photo I upload isn’t good enough quality?
We will contact you if there are any quality issues.
What format should photo be?
Images should be either JPEG, BITMAP, PNG, PDF, Adobe Photoshop or CorelDraw files.
Do you sell paper or card bookmarks?
We only sell paper bookmarks in bulk based on customers own designs. Our minimum order is 100. More information can be found at our paper bookmarks page.
Which products can be engraved?
All of our charm bookmarks and many of our other bookmarks can be engraved. All our notebooks, journals, addressbooks and pens also are engravable. (In the case of the luxury pens, they have an engravable box). 99% of gifts in the Engraved Gifts Department can be engraved. How much does engraving cost?
Standard engraving typically costs £2.00, per item.
Do you supply wholesale bookmarks to booksellers?
Yes, we supply bookshops and gift shops, though minimum order levels apply. Please visit our wholesale bookmarks page, call 01423 547276 for further details or email email@example.com, detailing your requirements.
What about corporate gifts and promotional items?
Our bookmarks, pens, paperweights and certain other products do make excellent promotional gifts, and we have various bookmark styles that we provide exclusively for clients interested in 1000+ items. Please contact us for further information, prices, discounts and timescales, or visit our promotional bookmarks page.
What about refunds?
If you are in any way unhappy with any item purchased at this site, please return it to us within 14 days of the purchase and we will be happy to give you a full refund (less shipping). If you place an order and then change your mind we will offer you a full refund no questions asked. If the item has not yet been shipped then the refund will be for the full amount including shipping, otherwise the cost of shipping will not be refunded. Do you sell any other products not shown on the website?
Yes, we usually have products which are not yet not displayed on our website, plus we are willing to make a specific custom products to order in certain situations. Please contact us for further information.
What if my purchase arrives damaged?

Shipping to the USA costs from £10.00 (approximately $15.00) with final cost dependant on the size and weight of your order.
