Delivery within the UK usually takes up to 4 working days, international orders take around 7 working days.

Do you sell paper or card bookmarks?
We only sell paper bookmarks in bulk based on customers own designs. Our minimum order is 100. More information can be found at our

Which products can be engraved?
All of our charm bookmarks and many of our other bookmarks can be engraved. All our notebooks, journals, addressbooks and pens also are engravable. (In the case of the luxury pens, they have an engravable box). For further information regarding engraving please visit our

How much does engraving cost?
Standard engraving typically costs £2.00, per item.
Do you supply wholesale bookmarks to booksellers?
Yes, we supply bookshops and gift shops, though minimum order levels apply. Please visit our

What about corporate gifts and promotional items?

The Memento Bookmarks seem like an unusual shape for a bookmark. Do they work effectively?
The Memento Bookmark range has been thoroughly tested and results show that the credit card shape is highly suitable as a bookmark. No tassle is required as the width of the bookmark acts as method of opening books to the correct page.
What about refunds?
If you are in any way unhappy with any item purchased at this site, please return it to us within 14 days of the purchase and we will be happy to give you a full refund (less shipping).
If you place an order and then change your mind we will offer you a full refund no questions asked. If the item has not yet been shipped then the refund will be for the full amount including shipping. Feel free to read our

What are memento bookmarks made of and do they require polishing?
They are solid brass, plated with 18c gold. They do not need polishing, but if handled a great deal we suggest wiping with a damp cloth.
Do you sell any other bookmarks not shown on the website?
Yes, we do have a selection of bookmarks not displayed here, plus we are willing to make a specific bookmark to order where possible. Please contact us for further information.
What if my purchase arrives damaged?
In the highly unlikely event of your item/s arriving damaged please contact us immediately and we will re-send the item. Please have a quick read of our

Shipping to the USA costs from £5.00 (approximately $9.50) with final cost dependant on the size and weight of your order.
